Founder and owner, Dustin Layser, draws from his own passion for hunting by designing for functionality and comfort. One of his inspirations has been his son and their own experiences hunting, from keeping warm to staying entertained for hours at at time. He challenged himself to come up with better ways to keep his son interested in hunting.

The challenge to make products more efficient, while keeping them the best bang for the buck, is what Dustin enjoys most. He constantly asks himself: How can I make it better? And, of course, listening to feedback from customers keeps him motivated to constantly improve his products.
